Addictive turn-based killing game Hitman GO has been given a virtual reality makeover.
Hitman GO: VR Edition is out now on Oculus Rift and Samsung Gear VR, and it only costs six quid.
The VR version contains all 91 levels, but with new ways to physically interact with the action. That includes a new control scheme and head tracking to get a better look at the levels.
Here’s what Square Enix had to say about it: “By embracing this new platform, we can provide gamers with a richer level of interaction with Hitman GO‘s beautiful board game aesthetics and physicality at a level of immersion we’ve never been able to achieve before.”

Originally released on iOS and Android, Hitman GO is officially described as “a diorama-style” strategy title with turn-based gameplay.
Players are tasked with strategically navigating fixed spaces on a grid to avoid enemies and take out their target or infiltrate protected areas.
A Definitive Edition made its PS4 debut earlier this year, complete with all of the original content and upgrades.
You can tackle levels based on the Paris Opera stage from Hitman: Blood Money, and try a reimagined version of the famous St Petersburg Stakeout mission from Hitman 2: Silent Assassin.
You’ll have to take advantage of different distractions, disguises, hiding spots and weapons to succeed, perhaps even finding the odd shortcut and hidden passage.
