Independent developer Beamz Interactive is known for its work in creating interactive music technology, and is also responsible for virtual reality (VR) music creation app Jam Studio VR, which was released last year. The company has now announced a new version of Jam Studio VR – the Education & Health Care Edition.

Jam Studio VR Education & Health Care Edition is said to include a broad range of family-oriented interactive music and DJ songs that can suit all tastes, along with an extensive library of learning and therapeutic content suitable for all ages and abilities.

According to the developers, the app provides learning, cognitive, sensory and social/emotional therapeutic exercises along with guides to share with family, friends and organisations. This includes detailed lesson plans, an overview therapy guide and a professional therapy protocols guide.

In addition, there are several sections for users to explore, such as Music Instrument Discovery, Music Appreciation and Music Fundamentals. Users can also take part in interactive story book songs and various interactive songs covering a variety of music tastes and featuring famous names such as Miley Cyrus, Flo Rida, Jazz saxophonst Euge Groove and Megadeth bassist David Ellefson.
